Vigilante Dog Owner – new career path
Since Wolfie died, T has signed up for every German Shepherd group known on the planet and she has read stories to me about a tripod Shepherd in need of a home (can’t have stairs), a puppy born to a dog that was ditched after being bred as the owners decided they didn’t want to be breeders, a puppy bought by a woman who realized she couldn’t have a puppy because it was too much work, and on and on.
The list is endless of how people abuse animals. WTF! It makes me want to go out and lasso these animal idiots up and corral them into a pen where they will be abandoned, left without food, exterminated if no one wants to adopt them, or forced to live in a cage, on a rope, etc.

FULL STORY OF CUBBY:
Hi, my name is Cubby. I am a purebred German Shepherd dog. I had a rough start at life. First, my mom was abandoned by her owner who said he tried to breed her but didn’t succeed. So, mom, not known to be pregnant was brought in to be spayed. Upon the vet opening her up for surgery, he discovered pups inside only about 10 days shy of being born so he sewed her back up. Well my mama didn’t like her stitches so ate them out. She had to be sedated again only 5 days later to be restiched. Less then a week later, on Thanksgiving night (Nov. 25, 2009), I was born along with my brother. The other pups didn’t survive birth. A week later he died so I was all alone. Soon my mama’s milk dried up so I had to be bottle fed. I was only 3 weeks old at the time. Now I am a big healthy girl. At 13 weeks old, I already weigh 20 lbs and am growing everyday. I love to wrestle with the other dogs in my foster home and to chase after and try to play with the cats. I am a puppy so need play time and things that are acceptable to chew. I have a very strong willful personality so will require some training to mold me into a perfect dog. My personality also should make me a good protector when I am grown. I am available for adoption to the perfect home only. I have had my first 2 sets of shots and will be spayed and microchipped. I also have been dewormed and am on flea and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $200. Email my foster mom, Kristy @ kmcshan@lsu.edu if you are interested in being my forever home. I promise years of love.
