Who let the nuts out, woof, woof, woof?
We got in a debate the other night with people at a dinner party about who let the insane out of the institutions – there is one side that believes the conservatives did away with programs and there is another that believes the liberals were against being held without due diligence. Whatever the reason or the group that led to this undertaking – it threw the baby out with the bathwater and now there is literally no place for the nutballs to go.
