The morning began like this:

And quickly segued into this:

All because the weekend had been filled with too much of this:

I was behind on everything, including the stuff I do for free:

The tasks kept piling up, a swim lesson was added at the last gasping minute:

And I passed a house on Tchoupitoulas street that had a message for me:

So I came home and regrouped in my comfort zone:

    “Stop me before I volunteer again.” LOL, not at you but at myself. I am NOT a volunteer but I so over commit myself (a Gemini thing) that I have to chance my oil every other week. I’m wondering if learning “No” Word-A-Day style in different languages would help.

    M – no, there is no learning that will change you from a “yes” person to a “no” person there is only perfect practice. You’ll notice I’m getting better at no, but it don’t come easy, let me tell you. R
