3 days and what do you get?

I’ve been on the phone with Apple Support for three full days and frankly I’m sick of it. From trying to get the Tiger OS X operating system loaded back into my old PowerBook, to trying to recover my songs off the iPod through third party software Senuti (which an Apple rep referred to disdainfully as “lo-tech” – to which I said then why don’t you provide something “hi-tech” and he mumbled “copyright issues”) to then trying to get my Entourage uncorrupted on my new MacBook Pro.

Frankly, after all this time with Apple Support and computer problems, I’m ready to throw all of it into the bayou and be free of this digitized life.
