For the record

Some people don’t read the comment section of my blog so for the record – I wrote about preferring to go to CC’s on Esplanade than Fair Grinds – that is when I want to sit outside with Loca (she needs a wide berth) – otherwise Fair Grinds is a wonderful choice for a coffee shop in MidCity and I highly recommend it. The owner has been a leader in our community and the coffee is superior to CC’s actually.

Hope this sets the record straight. CC’s is a native company, but always nice to support a true independent when you can.

    I feel a little embarassed, like I was fishing for a compliment, but what a nice one I got! Thanks, but my big reward is reading your blog. Insights to storm stress, Palin watch and Loca stories are nice to follow, though its been awhile since I last commented. Again thanks for the nice mention, and anytime Loca comes to FG, we’ll portion off the patio if necessary to give her that berth!
